Busduct System
Bus duct is an enclosed system that consists of bus bars (as conductors) with insulated materials wrapped around them and a protective housing, it's used to provide safe and reliable electrical distribution. The unique design of our bus duct make it very highly efficient in transferring large amounts of the energy without excessive energy loss. Typically made from copper or aluminum, the bus bars within bus duct conduct electricity. The conductors are often insulated with materials like epoxy resin or polyester film to prevent short circuits and enhance the durability. The entire structure is encased in the protective housing ( normally aluminum), which can be designed to resist the fires, waters, and corrosion based on specific application needs.

Conductor

The purity of our copper busbars have been increased to 99.99%, conductivity improved to 59 MS/m. Besides, the aluminum bus bar is also available with high quality according to our clients' choice and needs.

Aluminum Housing

Adopt 6101 extruded aluminum profiles with a much better heat dissipation performance.(210W/M.K).Special surface treatment helps the housing be able to withstand 2000 hour of salt spray test.

Advanced Equipment

Advanced equipment used for the bus duct manufacturing.Our fully automatic assembly line can make the bus duct assembly work much more efficient than other traditional bus duct factories .

Insulation Material

Polyester film (mylar): the heat resistance is class B, high temperature resistance is up to 130℃. Epoxy resin: heat resistance is class H (180℃), and it has an excellent fire-retardant performance.

Joint Design

Double-head torque bolts are installed with a 19 mm size wrench, it can save about 75% installation time. besides, the high-pressure equalization device can distribute the bolts locking pressure meanwhile.

Tap off Box

Our tap off boxes provide the rated tapping current from 16A ~ 1000A, the inter-locking mechanism design also effectively prevents the TOU from being inserted and extracted with loads to ensure safety.
